Your account and your subscription are two different things.

Registration and email confirmation do not automatically activate a subscription, authorize a payment or start billing. A paid service begins only after you explicitly select a plan and complete checkout at the displayed price and billing period.

You can stop renewal in the account billing area, through the payment processor's customer portal, or by requesting help at office@enceladus.ro. Send the request before the next billing date and include the account email, never complete card details.

Cancellation stops future charges. Access to paid features will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for unless checkout or the plan states otherwise.

Closing an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. Account deletion may be subject to legally required retention, including tax and security records.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an already billed period. Refund requests are assessed under the conditions shown at purchase and applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights—including rules for distance contracts and digital services or content—remain unaffected. Any exception to a withdrawal right applies only where legal requirements are met, including express consent and required acknowledgements when applicable.

An upgrade or downgrade may change limits, price and the billing date immediately or at the next renewal, as disclosed before confirmation. Any adjustments or prorating are shown by the payment processor before acceptance.

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, security risk, abuse or breach of the Terms. Where law and circumstances allow, the reason and available next steps will be communicated.
