app.enceladus.ro is operated by Enceladus Gallery SRL, Romania. By creating an account, activating a subscription or using the platform, you accept these terms.

If you use the platform for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.

AiO SEO supports research, generation, organization, checking and controlled publishing for connected websites. AiO Ads monitors Google Ads and, within configured limits, may propose or execute actions such as negative keywords, budget adjustments or campaign pauses.

Availability may depend on plan, integration, product stage and user approvals.

You must provide accurate details, protect credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You remain responsible for account activity until notification.

Price, capacity, billing period and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another processor identified at checkout. Enceladus does not directly store complete card details.

Automatic renewal, where applicable, is disclosed before payment and can be managed through available account options.

WordPress, WooCommerce, Google and other services are connected only with your authorization. You grant permissions needed for enabled features and may revoke them, after which dependent features will stop.

AI-assisted content may contain errors, unsuitable wording or outdated information. Before publication it must be checked against the business, law, third-party rights and regulated-field requirements.

You decide what is published and remain responsible for the materials, instructions and data supplied.

The platform must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, unauthorized access, manipulation of advertising systems, or deceptive or dangerous content.

Enceladus provides tools, automation and measurement. It does not guarantee a Google ranking, AI Overview inclusion, citation by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or another AI system, or a particular Google Ads outcome.

Results depend on market, competition, website, budget, content quality, algorithms and third parties.

Enceladus retains rights in the platform, interface, code, marks and proprietary materials. You retain rights in your content and data and grant only the licence required to provide the service.

We may maintain and update features or integrations for security, compliance and performance. Access may be restricted for non-payment, security risk, abuse or breach. You may request account closure, subject to legal retention duties and outstanding invoices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, decisions based solely on generated content, algorithm changes or third-party outages. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Romanian law applies. We first seek an amicable solution at office@enceladus.ro. Consumers may use ANPC alternative dispute resolution and competent courts. Terms may be updated as services or laws change; the published version shows the update date.
