We process data needed to provide, secure and improve the platform.

Data is used for accounts, contract performance, automation, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, legal duties and service improvement. The basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.

We may use authentication and database providers such as Supabase, transactional email such as Resend, payment processing such as Stripe, hosting, infrastructure, AI services and user-connected Google services. Each receives only data needed for its role and is subject to contractual duties.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used.

Data is kept while the account is active and afterwards only as needed for legal duties, billing, security and disputes. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

Measures include access controls, encryption in transit, secret protection, logging and limits on sensitive operations. No system guarantees absolute security, so controls are monitored and improved.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.

Automation produces recommendations, content and actions based on settings. The platform is not used to make solely automated decisions with legal effects about individuals. Users retain approval and publishing control according to available features.
